Returnand Refund Policy
Whenyou receive the parcel, please check any defects or damage on the parcelimmediately.
If there is received with unsatisfied condition, kindly reportto our customer representative and provide unboxingevidence within 36 hours once received.
As biscuits are fragile items, allproducts sold are NOT RETURN AND EXCHANGE except comply with certain criteriaas state on below. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.
RefundPolicy for unsatisfied condition
Report must be made within 36 hoursonce received. Unboxing evidence must be clearly presented. Recording unboxing process upon received parcel is highlyrecommended.
Minor shatter (Damage< 50%) / Wrong items- entitles for credit point compensation only.
Product defect (Damage ≥ 50%) /Missing Items - refund will be carried out.
Failing to comply with the abovecriteria will not entertain.
All refund/compensation process should be completedwithin five (5) working days.
Upon checking the item(s) met all our qualifying conditions, a credit pointwith a non-extendable 45days validity, will be sent to your account via asystem generated email.

Allparcels will be packed with Carton Box + Bubble Wrapping + Fragile Note.
We will shipyour order from our warehouse to the courier services within 1-2 WORKING DAYS asper stated term and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 WORKING DAYS via oursupported courier depending on the courier services provider. Estimate deliverymore than 5 days.
(No Shipmenton every Friday, Saturday and national public holidays.)
Delivery TrackingNumbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-trackingpurposes.
Anydelay thereafter on the courier service is out of our control.

· We are charging RM50** for the 1st 3KG andadditional RM25 per every subsequent 1KG for delivery of every purchase to EastMalaysia
