Condition of Returns Items


If the received product is different from the customer order or damaged product only entitle for return. 


You have five (5) days to return an item from the date you received it. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with no damage or signs of use and in the same condition that you received it.


Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that where original included. 


Your item needs to have the packing list, receipt or proof of purchase. 


If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the seller has the right to deduce from the refund credit point to cover the amount of loss.



Refunds by Credit point


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 


Upon receiving and checking the item(s) received met all our qualifying conditions, a credit point, with a non-extendable 6 months validity, will be sent to your account via a system generated email. 


Return Cost


Postage/courier fees for returns will be at your own cost. Please send your parcel via a delivery method which allows tracking as we will not be liable for any lost parcel.
